While we’d love to host your birthday party, Wonderwild tends to book out about 2-3 months in advance, so we suggest you book as soon as possible!

Wonderwild offers 2 play areas which are based on your preference but here is an age reference to guide you. Wonderwild play area (left play area) is catered to ages 10 months - 6 yrs old. Wonderwild(ER) play area (right play area) caters to the age group of 4 yrs. old to 11 yrs old.
No, guests in your party are only permitted to play in the area that you are booked for.
Each package varies with play time and party guests, give us a call to see which package you booked! Every package is offered basic white plates, napkins, cutlery, and cups per request!
The guest count listed in your package description only counts towards kids between the age range of 10 months - 11 yrs old.
Yes, you are more than welcome to invite extra kiddos just keep in mind after your set guest count it’s an additional $15 a child. ($20 for Ultimate Parties)
Yes, all participating guests new or returning need to sign a play waiver.
You can come in 15 minutes prior to your party start time - keep in mind, this is not a guaranteed 15 minutes due to our party schedules for that weekend, but if available, you can access your party room early.
Your party can be private per request and added to your package at an additional cost of $210 if available. ($420 for Mega Parties)
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring in outside food and drinks as long as it's within wonderwild guidelines at no extra cost!
Outside vendors (i.e. balloon artists,facepainters, characters) are welcomed as long as they bring in their own supplies!
Yes, you are more than welcome to have food delivered to Wonderwild. We suggest you have your delivery time to be set 15 minutes prior to your eating/party room time slot.
There are 3 tables that are 2.5ft x 6ft and a long counter top that is 12ft. x 2ft.
Party deposits are non-refundable.
While we understand life happens, there are penalty fees for rescheduling your event with us if it’s within a 2 week period of your event. If you do not have the Illness Protection Plan see your party contract for more details.
